You can at least try to apply under the "underemployed" category. At that point questions will begin to come up as to how exactly is it legal for a company to expect "employees" to be available on the off chance that the system will come back and yet not pay them for that time. And when and IF it comes back up, those workers who kept checking in are eligible for OVERTIME as well. Don't let Nuance get away with fraudulent labor practices!
