True, because what would help them be more profitable and still maintain turnaround would help us be more profitable, win/win, not to mention the benefit of happier employees work harder and care more.
You would think they would be doing this out of sheer corporate greed, if nothing else. Bottom line we go faster on fewer accounts with decent backlog and that means fewer MTs all working at their most productive, and wouldn't even require the ridiculous metrics threats!
How much $$$ could they save on not running all those reports and micromanaging us? Isn't that the irony of it?
