Agree with you totally. Your last word of your vent "logic" does not exist in management's brains. They do not get it and never will as they do not intend to do anything that makes out life easier. An earlier post was asking for who to contact for suggestions. You can talk until you're blue in the face and getting ready to fall over but anything that we suggest goes in one ear and out the other. They have never gotten the concept that a happy employee is a productive employee. So many professional and experienced MTs have left as it's just not worth the pain and misery that they continually on a daily basis put us through. It's good that we have this board to vent, but as far as them having that infamous light bulb go off in their money-hungry brains to realize that we are more than just a number NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE FOR US!!
