why not just submit the dictation directly to the insurance companies and/or their billing dept they could totally get rid of all MTs and save themselves the expense of hundreds of minimum wage jobs and not have to re-train anyone because we are IC MTs. They just keep chipping away at this industry, why not go for the jugular?
