Yes, Fluency is getting worse and slower... on purpose? It doesn't help that they only load 1 job at a time, which means having to wait between jobs. Also they lost a major account, and the jobs that still come through for that facility no longer has a database, so everything has to be put in manually. Not even worth the time or the effort for no pay!
