Has MM been telling you to leave the period off H for years or is that something you've been doing for years; and now suddenly, MM wants you to put it back in? Accounts I've been working on for 15 years or longer (not MM) have always used H. pylori. I know AHDI and AMA style guides say the trend is now to leave off the period but either is acceptable. So the QAs need to get on the same page with this, and you shouldn't be marked off on an audit for using either one.
