Jebbie: I am not sure how the holiday rotation works. I work each Saturday. I do believe 1 weekend day is required - not totally sure. Not sure about rotating holidays either - I just never asked the above questions because my family is grown and out of state and I am single - so obviously that makes a huge difference. I have been on the account they are hiring since March of this year. Thus far - very little heme/onc - but you would pick it up through the samples in the data base very readily. There is a lot of cardiology - yet you also would pick up on that really quickly - as most of the dictators on this account are very, very good. I am glad things as far as your manager/PC are great with you at MM. The workflow is extremely stable - and will remain so and increase. As of a few days ago or so, TechniScribe still needed at least 2 to 3 more MTs. I do hope your workload picks up for you - this account ALWAYS gets very busy in the summer months too.
