In my particular group, we are only allowed to use EANW if we have picked up make-up shifts from the Swap Board and during those particular shifts if there's still no work, we can use EANW. Otherwise, it's always EANP. I don't understand why it's done differently in each group; that's ridiculous! It should be uniform across the board!
