Question about PAP - Who decides a person should go on PAP? SM Posted: Mar 21st, 2017 - 12:46 pm
Do the OMs make that decision on their own within guidelines? Do OMs have autonomy to decide how long to bear with a person who temporarily fails to meet their guidelines? Or are the OMs directed from someone higher up exactly when to put a person on PAP?
