An absolutely horrible place. The owner has perfected micromanagement. You will be told when to work and how to work. No exaggeration but the worst dictators you will ever come across. Fact is you will be treated as an employee not a contractor. There are "favorites" there who get or snatch what few good dictators there are (and there are very few), but if you are not a pet, then you are told to "work the list" (work pool), and all the while you are doing that, the pets come in and pick and choose, always picking off what they want to transcribe. The work pool is manipulated to ensure the pets get what they want while the rest of the MTs are left with the dregs.
