I've been an MT/MLS/QC for 12 years. Just started with Nuance last fall. I'm seeing a lot of comments about pay being "docked" for errors, etc. Nuance base pay is pretty much industry standard, 0.07/3.5. We can earn bonuses for production and accuracy. It seems folks are missing that mindset. Once I was able to look at the pay grid as a bonus structure rather than punishment, it really helped my attitude, and in turn, my productivity.
