I don't work for Imedx, nor have I ever, but the company that I do work for is about to acquire a fairly large account that Imedex currently has. We are supposed to take over for them in about a week. Their reason for coming to us, we were told, is that "they are not happy with their current service." That's all I really know at this point. My best guess is that their work is currently being done overseas, which would totally explain why they are unhappy and are coming to us.
