I have been waiting since Monday night for login credentials and acct specs and......... NOTHING! I understand the OMs are busy, but it should be a top priority to get their MTs access to accts especially considering they know we have a new minimum line count to reach and we lost 2 hospitals under one acct and we need the work........ Very frustrated!!!!!!!!!
