Most years it has returned to normal within a couple of weeks. Last year it lasted through April, with May starting to barely have enough work not to go into NJA. Last year was also the first year ever to not have OT most of the rest of the year. There were only about 2-3 weeks in the whole year that we were offered OT in our BOB. Then we changed HDSMs and that stopped. It was a really rough year.
At least with the NJA this year, other than the 1st 2 weeks, I have been able to get my whole 40 hours a week in. It has required sitting here all darn day, but at least I haven't had to use PTO.
