You can highlight the whole document and copy it into a word document. What I do to solidify that this is actually what I typed is ALSO, take a screen shot so you can see the ADT information and paste it below the note. That way there is some kind of mediocre proof that I didn't just type it up after the fact.
I tried the screen shot, but when I enlarged it, it was just to blurry to see.
I've had several that have been changed back to the original also. It's ridiculous. And I can't get my supervisor to tell me what the next step is. They're waiting for me to quit. I just know it.
