How can they fire you for using a feature that they have not given you
clear advise on?? MModal is not big on training so if you aren't generating money for them right out of the gate, they start seeing you as a liability and will cut you loose. They "cherry-pick" their employees that way.
But the jokes gonna be on them really soon because the pool is drying up fast as people get out of this Godforsaken industry and people get the word on MModal and Nuance.
