Well, don't get too excited. Even if you wait for work for over an hour, they'll ONLY pay you for 10 minutes each day. You have to wait for work at least 6 minutes or so, if you don't get any, then go on Remedy and put in a ticket. You'll get an email back with a ticket number and you have to put that ticket number on your time card under Work Availability and notify your manager. Even if you run out of work every day like has been happening to me, they STILL get mad if you do this for some reason. Not our fault, yet they blame us for doing it. Then they'll want you to change your hours to the middle of the night probably when there IS work!
