in a normal work setting getting paid by the hour, you would be paid for not working your two 15 minute breaks. Since you are paid by production, it means you have two 15 minute breaks that they are required to give you in your 8 hour shift, but since you are not paid on an hourly basis, this simply means you get nothing, and since you took a break, you produced nothing and have no pay for that break.
