Just put in medical transcription job or medical transcription company. Then contact the ones you like and see if they are hiring right now. Have a good resume made up for them. That's how I found the small company I work for now. Took a long time and lots of resumes, but I did it. Find the little nuggets of gold out there buried among the trash. Know how to interview and sell yourself. Pay is not great anywhere, but at least you can find a place to work for that treats you good and you like the work. I did; you can too. And no, I won't give you the name of my company. Just saying.
