This is an ortho file. It sounds like he is saying 'Mohs', but I don't think that is what it is, as he is talking about surgeries the patient has had of his left knee and that is not a common procedure done on the knee. Any ideas???
"Past surgeries include arthroscopy of the left knee, s/l (Mohs) procedure of the left knee in 2010, and Achilles tendon surgery in January 2015."
