I've been with Proscript for a long time, have had my pay - cut twice. This last time is a real hit.

It's what a newbie makes. It's psychologically damaging, to think of all those times I've worked holidays, etc. No recognition. Never a thank you. No acknowledgment whatsoever.

I'm in the process of moving on. There does come a point where it's not worth it.
