and have specifically requested that I not post the company name and then have them flooded with emails/resumes/etc. If they have open positions, they go to the resume boards and contact the people they think are a good match. It is not greed or selfishness -- I hate what this profession has become and I would like everyone to find something good, but I also am not going to jeopardize my own position by disrespecting the wishes of the people writing my check.
