Since someone says they are happy and you think you are not and missing out, don't think that it is all what it sounds like though either. The pay for IC is low and you have to work more than for one place. Did this for many, many years. You have no benefits. Come retirement you have nothing. Maybe you also can find a way to avoid taxes like the newly elect incumbent.
