Apologies - Dying Breed

Had no idea there were auditors out there giving us wrong feedback like this. Telling some of us not to put in headings anymore. Telling someone to type a nonverbatim account like it was verbatim!

What has happened to our auditors?! Five years ago I used to actually look forward to QA/audit feedback. It was right 9 times out of 10 and I usually learned something.

How unbelievable that we are nitpicked to death all the while being given contradictory or just plain incorrect information while being nitpicked.

I swear, I just don't get what is happening to this company. On all levels.
