and they don't care. IF they cared, they would fix ASR. IF they cared, they wouldn't nitpick us to death so that the ILPs can skate by with lower audits. As they say, all in the money, follow the money trail...And this in no longer a career, it is a job, no better, and probably worse than Walmart at this point..
