I agree, at least 80%, based on pulling up previously dictated reports.

I feel like the doctors have trusted us for decades to create appropriate headings and make the document read well. If they aren't verbatim, they trust us to do this as we always have. I think they actually count on it.

The vast majority of the time THEY are not the ones sending our work to India or slashing our pay; it is the hospital/clinic suits who make those decisions and the MTSOs who are ultimately behind it. So I continue to organize the reports for the doctors as I have always done.

At any rate, if we all went back to doing this correctly, unless it's the ILPs messing it up, it would start coming in through in ASR and be so much easier all the way around.
