I've had the same problem - MT2002

I've had the same problem--getting counted off for headings and for adding paragraphs to make more legible. I get concerned when I have a doc that doesn't dictate PE in any order and I have to put something above, say at HEENT that was dictated under cardiac but . . . I just don't feel right leaving it!! That drive's me crazy! It is so frustrating that depending on who's telling you, the rules change! I can't keep up!
