If that doesn't sum up MM, I don't know what does.
In all seriousness, I would be very leery of anything MM is doing. While they could be looking to see what makes you more successful than others (aka, how you manage not to take it up the rear by MM), they may also want to know how you're pulling it off. Or else they want to raise the standards even higher, which would suck for everyone else.
