I would tend to think it might be a positive thing. Maybe they want to learn from you and others what you are doing that makes you more successful than others. If you aren't being hassled about any of your performance parameters, it just doesn't seem like it could be a bad thing to be worried about. It will be interesting to find out, though, when you hear from "them" and see what it is all about.
