Posts like yours are why this board is such a great resource. You see a problem - but instead of just griping, you found a solution and not only are willing to work hard to make it happen, but generous enough to share that information. MT used to be a great field (38+ years for me) but good companies/good MT jobs are now Few & Far Between. There are options, though. You are to be applauded for finding and sharing one.
