When the MTSO I worked at was sold through Kruse Acquisitions to another large MTSO, we were very happy with the outcome. The new owners have kept all of the MTs and other staff. I' read another post where someone sold to Imedx and sounds like there was trouble after the sale but I'm guessing that had to do with the way Imedx handled things post sale, which is too bad.
