I worked at a place for a very long time until our department was outsourced to the awful N. We used to always used to get work first in/first out, good variety of work. I didn't go work for N but went with another MT company. Do you get strange workflow? Some days I get all the same type of work (like cardiology, PT, etc) and other days I will get the same dictator for almost the entire day.....and not a good one either! How does that happen? With the huge amount of work available, you would think you would get more than 1 doctor throughout the day.....just very strange. How are you supposed to improve your lines if you get a horrible dictator all day? I miss the good old days.....sigh....
