I am again deeply ashamed of both of you for such behavior.

Bombarded with resumes? No trouble filling the position?

Then why even respond in such a snotty manner to someone with a legitimate complaint about your post?

Maybe your response should have been better kept to yourself.

If this is how you respond to people with a legitimate complaint, I would encourage people NOT to work for you.

You're no longer decent people to work for. Not if you cant afford to pay more than that. Cut your own pay a little more to get qualified people and keep them. Aren't your big houses paid for yet, that you feel the need to screw over your MTs?
