How does 3 cents/line job make it on this board? - Outraged

I thought there was a minimum requirement for posting job ads here. QA for 3 cents a line? You want someone to listen to the dictators other MTs couldn't get for 3 cents a line? As an IC? And then VR for 4 cents a line when QA caught up? Has the person who came up with this ever done QA day after day and realize what is involved?
