about coming on to help outside of your scheduled hours.
If you want to beg for extra help outside your 1 hour TAT, and nobody ever answers, and the TAT gets behind, and you get blamed for not meeting tat about the jobs that were jobs in your queue.
And if you want to beg for help with problems and not get answered by the manager on call, who answers calls in her own sweet TAT, then by all means answer that ad!!
