Since they haven't honored the contract agreement, I am sending it to my attorney. Technically they're still contracting with me since they haven't informed me of ending the agreement. But this is their M.O. - I was told by two of their supervisors that they are indeed outsourcing and that's why they created the charting side a few months ago, and that the 'powers that be' were lying to their ICs about it. One of those supervisors is no longer in the picture, so I'm not surprised this happened. I am just hoping I'm able to get this resolved before they completely go out of business.
