Yep when I call I always hope to get a head engineer. I think they are the ones who make a list of the real problems and try to solve them. Unfortunately, we don't always get them. These other guys just seem to follow some sort of protocol just to get us off the phone because they don't know how to solve it. This is so frustrating! This last Fluency update is the worse I have even seen.
