Since we had been told to report problems so they have a stack of tickets to show there is a problem.

Even had sent the report a problem data file from within Fluency in the job. Provided that information along with job number. Gee..... Whatcha know. IT called me wanting to get into my computer to "solve the problem." Quotes because my computer is not the problem, it's your software!! Finally convinced him it was not my computer, but was told to call if I had the problem again (so he can go into my computer and solve it!)

Next time, I'll let him spend the usual 30 minutes fiddling with the computer and take some easy down time. I don't care, it's MM's computer, not mine.
