When Nuance has all transferred all MT jobs overseas, the quality will not be as good (after all, the transcribed will all be English as second language who don't understand American idioms or even some English words), and then because quality will be down, doctors will be complaining a lot and there will an article or two or three in the media about doctors complaining and then Nuance will be mentioned as giving all jobs overseas while CEO getting nearly 30 million a year and all personal medical reports shared overseas and hell will start to break loose on Nuance, stirred by a segment of people who do care.
