without enough staff to handle it creates a "backlog." They want to hire more staff pronto, hence no testing required, to handle the large volume of work. What if they over hire or their volumes aren't always as high as usual? This will result in low work or no work for all. Why would I want to put myself in this situation at such a low line rate if I have a guaranteed $13 an hour outside of MT. It's a risk I'm not willing to take and is something for everyone else to think about.
