Please, not everyone is losing their jobs. Who knows, maybe California MTs losing their jobs is a blessing in disguise with the way MTs are treated now and the low rates of pay. There are still lots of MT jobs out there. The thing is, are they worth applying for? With the dwindling rates of pay and decline in working conditions, if things don't turn around, it may be best to concentrate our efforts on doing something else. I feel the time has come for drastic measures in order to improve the working conditions and pay of MTs. If this does not happen, I will stop concentrating on improving things and just get out of MT completely.
