Perhaps you have only worked at Amphion. Perhaps you have never been through the "reorganization" process before. Some of us here have been through them time and again and the result is ALWAYS the same, always. That "reorganization process" as you call it is happening the same way this time too. We know the drill. They will get Indian trained on our accounts for months. They set us up on the platform that will off-shore our work. Once India is ready they cut our pay, PTO, and benefits, and perhaps even change our shifts. At that point, many MTs will leave. They already know this, that is why they have the off-shoring already set up. At this point, account managers will start to disappear. Our work availability will reduce and if enough MTs do not leave because of lack of work they will do a round of lay-offs.

I have been around the block a time or two. There is no other reason for these buy-outs - none other than what I have described above. It happens every time without fail. The older MTs know this. They are warning you.
