Yes, the iMedX procedure is to let the - smaller company think

they have input, and they may borrow a few procedures from them, but eventually they buy out another smaller company and replace all of those they formerly promoted from, say, Amphion, with the new company's people to give them a warm fuzzy feeling to induce them to maintain their clients---until they can send their work to India....then they have no need for those management times and they replace them with their next victim.
