Imedx buys smaller companies & changes them. I seriously doubt they're now buying a company and letting it absorb them. I worked for TT. Our supervisors had these wonderful management jobs with Imedx for awhile & "ran" things until they were let go slowly but surely to nothing. There's very little left of TT supervisors now. It didn't happen as fast as we were warned, but it did happen. Amphion will likely follow the same pattern.
