if the companies would quit lying to us we could post true facts, but since that will never happen, we post as we see it. Here are some facts, Amphion has made changes that they lie about or don't bother to tell you about, one of the biggest is line counts, no longer paying for headings/subheadings within the report. Absolutely we used to be paid for these. My line counts dropped significantly, which led me to believe more than just headings/subheadings were not being included, line counts that I used to make in 8 hours/day, was taking at least 9 hours/day to achieve. I busted my butt to the point my hands and elbows were aching so much, I could barely get through my shift...this just to achieve the minimum line count to earn some PTO, which would be achievable if we got paid for the full report instead of a third of it. Yes I earned my PTO, but was never allowed to use it as the calendar is ALWAYS CLOSED! PTO time that we have to use or lose by the end of the year. I needed a couple days to rest my arms, but was continuously denied, so I quit.
