wall a year ago or so ago when they started becoming creative in their MLS pay structure and were putting plan B in place. Common sense would have told them, management and middle level management would be next. Unfortunately, I think a lot of the TSMs here became too confortable with their arrangement (i.e. regular salary for not much work). Hopefully they aren't totally disabled now from drinking from the Kool-Aid bin all this time.
