I've been in medical transcription in various capacities for 44 years and it's steadily gone downhill until it's not even worth the time. Expectations are outrageous and pay is low. I'd try a coding school. That's where MT used to be, it's new and it'll take a while before they manage to automate that and put everyone out of work. Just sayin'...
