So far the accounts I have been working on are continuing to have work but I am assuming the turnover is going to come and the accounts will go to VR and be all VR with Nuance. I haven't heard anything otherwise. I think she said in the e-mail it would take a few months. When that happens, I am done. I am not working for 4 cpl. I did notice though that apparently these would still be IC positions so maybe some of the control Nuance exerts over MTs would not be there, as it was when I worked for them once, but I just assume there would probably be more control and rigidity and everything would still be pretty much ruined with much less pay as well.
