I am the one who will move you to a shift you absolutely do not want, then scold you because you don't work all hours scheduled (because there is no work), then tell you to work anytime outside of your shift to make up the lost hours, then scold you because you are working outside of your scheduled shift and taking work from others. Of course in the meantime, I will not answer your emails, but I will scold you for not notifying me when you have problems.....Does that about cover it? One more thing, I will scold you for trying to make up your time in the morning and tell you not to work mornings anymore, but the next day I will send you an email begging for help because the morning shift reports are out of TAT.
