On Friday a communication was sent out explaining switch to iMedX Express. It stated Triton does not include in-text headers and subheaders. I asked for clarification and was told in an email that is section headings and subsection headings. So ... Triton does not pay us for section headings or subsection headings. That was not what I was told when I was hired in April, so I've been watching and repeatedly asking for clarification. Was told by HR it was a "glitch" but now apparently it's not. That BS statement "will keep you updated" is what I have received every week - because I was asking for an update every week.
